• Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm to 7:20pm

• FIRST FOUR LESSONS FREE

• £5.50 per lesson there after (Pay as you train - only pay for the lessons you attend)

Class Overview

Dragons 11 to 15 year olds

This class is for slightly older children who are wanting to really focus on Karate. Children will start to do more partner work and have the opportunity to begin grading for belts in this class. The aim is for children to grow in confidence and build strong foundations that will prepare them for the move up to the older class.

Lessons Include:

• Warm-up

• Karate techniques - Punching, kicking, elbow strikes

• Sparring - Mitts required

• Large & Small Pad work

• Partner work which includes grappling & takedowns

• Ground work - Learning to defend yourself on the ground

• Fun purpose-specific games and activities
